HB Computers provides warranty assistance strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the respective manufacturer, supplier, or distributor. By purchasing from HB Computers, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with the warranty terms outlined below before submitting any warranty claim.
The warranty is limited solely to manufacturing defects and is valid only for the duration specified by the manufacturer.
All warranties are issued and administered by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor. HB Computers acts exclusively as a reseller and shall not be held liable for defects, damages, or malfunctions that arise after the product has been sold in proper working condition.
Where the purchase invoice indicates “Warranty Card Issued,” the customer must retain and present the warranty card along with the original invoice. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the warranty claim.
The original sales invoice is a mandatory requirement for all warranty claims. Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase may be refused.
For products labeled with an "Official Warranty," Customers can contact the local service center directly. It is the customer's responsibility to check and receive a warranty card upon delivery with the invoice. The seller holds no liability or responsibility to support warranty claims or matters related to these products.
International Warranty
Products covered under an international warranty must be registered by the customer with the respective manufacturer. All warranty claims shall be processed directly between the customer and the manufacturer. Any service fees, handling charges, shipping, courier, or transit costs incurred in connection with such warranty claims shall be solely borne by the customer. HB Computers shall not be liable for any costs, delays, or obligations arising from international warranty services.
Used Hardware
All used or pre-owned hardware is sold with a checking warranty only. Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting and verifying the condition and functionality of the product prior to purchase. No warranty claims shall be accepted after the completion of the sale.
PC Warranty
The warranty on assembled or branded PCs shall be limited to components supplied by HB Computers. If the PC case is opened, or if any hardware, accessory, or component is added, removed, replaced, or modified without prior written authorization from the HB Computers service center, the warranty shall be void for all non–HB Computers–supplied components.
In such circumstances, HB Computers shall provide warranty coverage only for the original components supplied by HB Computers and shall not be responsible for the performance, compatibility, damage, or warranty of any third-party or customer-added items.
LCDs / LEDs
The warranty does not cover display-related issues, including but not limited to dead pixels, bright pixels, dark spots, lines, dots, or other similar screen imperfections.
Important Conditions and Exclusions
Customers are responsible for inspecting the product at the time of purchase. The warranty period shall commence immediately upon generation of the invoice.
Any defect or malfunction reported after the point of sale shall be handled in accordance with standard warranty procedures and manufacturer policies.
